Snapper 101 Dinner
An entire evening built around one fish. Little Moir’s Catering takes over Leftovers Cafe for the Snapper 101 Dinner, a ticketed four-course seated experience dedicated to one of Florida’s most iconic catches. The night opens with a live snapper filleting demonstration, then moves through four courses, each one a different take on fresh snapper, finishing with dessert. You’ll also hear from a local fisherman about where the catch comes from and what makes it special. A Hibiscus StrEATery pop-up market will be set up on site, so you can take home fresh, filleted snapper before the night is over. Seats are limited and advanced tickets are required at $95 per person. 🐟
